After another year, it’s nearly time to power down our paper machines and give our hardworking teams the well-earned break they deserve.
Our paper mills which usually run 24/7 will be closed during the holiday period to allow our staff to relax, and spend meaningful time with loved ones.

Sales Office Opening Times
Wednesday 24th December 2025:
Sales office available until 1pm.
Friday 2nd January 2026:
Fourstones Sales office reopens 9am.
Monday 5th January 2026:
Sapphire office reopens 9am.
Placing Orders
Monday 1st December 2025:
To ensure delivery before the 24th, we recommend all festive orders are placed by December 1st.
Friday 12th December 2025:
Orders placed after December 12th may be delivered in January.
If you require a delivery prior to the holidays and are placing an order on or after December 12th, please confirm with our sales team who will advise lead times.
Deliveries
26 Pallets / Full Load Orders:
Last warehouse dispatch on Monday 22nd of December 2025 for delivery by 24th of December 2025.
Under 26 Pallet Orders:
Last warehouse dispatch on Friday 19th of December 2025 for delivery by 24th of December 2025.
Normal Service Returns:
Friday 2nd January 2026
