Sales Office Opening Times
Thursday 24th December 2026:
Sales office available until 1pm.
Monday 4th January 2027:
Fourstones Sales office reopens 9am.
Tuesday 5th January 2027:
Sapphire office reopens 9am.
Placing Orders
Tuesday 1st December 2026:
We recommend all orders required before December 24th are placed by December 1st.
Monday 14th December 2026:
Orders placed after December 14th may be delivered in January. However, we can usually still accommodate pre-holiday delivery. If you’re ordering after the 14th and need your order before the holidays, just get in touch with our sales team to confirm lead times.
Deliveries
26 Pallets / Full Load Orders:
Last warehouse dispatch on Tuesday 22nd of December 2026 for delivery by 24th of December 2026.
Under 26 Pallet Orders:
Last warehouse dispatch on Monday 21st of December 2026 for delivery by 24th of December 2026.
Normal Service Returns:
Monday 4th January 2027
